Training · AI in practice
Learn AI, apply it safely, and make it work every day.
Live training from a software, SaaS and AI company that automates business processes every day. Explained from a business perspective, so your team implements what it learns.

Course overview
Four formats, depending on where you are.
Every format runs remotely, in-house at your site, or in Munich. Scope and price follow group size, preparation and the outcome you need, which is why we do not quote a flat rate that would not fit anyway.
Half a day
Executive briefing
Management and division leads
A shared picture of what AI can realistically do in your organisation and where the limits sit. No tool parade, just the decisions that are actually next.
Orientation and a first read on the opportunities

AI foundations for teams
The departments expected to use it daily
The tools are demonstrated live, then practised on your own case. Participants write, check and discard themselves rather than watching a demo.
Confident use inside your own workflow
Request this format: AI foundations for teams2 days
Use case and prioritisation workshop
Leadership, business and IT together
Real processes are examined and assessed: problem, target user, value hypothesis, feasibility and risk profile. The result is an order of work everyone stands behind.
Prioritised use case portfolio and 90-day plan

In-house programme
Several teams or whole departments
Multiple sessions shaped around roles, remote or at your site. Scope and sequence follow group size, preparation and the outcome you need.
A training plan across several areas

How it runs
What a training day looks like.
Preparation
We settle the goal, the processes and who attends beforehand. Skip this and training becomes a generic presentation.
Live session
The tools run in real time, with real inputs and visible failures. That is part of understanding them.
Practice on your own case
Participants work on a workflow from their own week and get direct feedback on it.
Result and next step
Decisions and open prerequisites are documented so the team can carry on without us in the room.
Who attends
Who should be in the room.
The group needs to be able to make decisions and to explain operational reality. Having both in one room is why something actually gets implemented afterwards.
- Management or division leads
- Process owners from the business
- IT and, where relevant, data protection
- Information security for critical initiatives
Why CodeXaureus
We think from a business perspective, not as coaches.
CodeXaureus is a software, SaaS and AI company. Our daily work is automating business processes and running AI in real systems, not producing training slides. So the people standing in front of the group are the ones who design those systems and operate them after launch, and they ask about process, cost and ownership rather than learning objectives. That is the difference between knowing something and implementing it.
Software, SaaS and AI as daily work
What we teach, we have built and put into operation ourselves. No second-hand knowledge.
Business perspective, not coaching
We weigh every use case on value, effort and risk. Participants learn the decision behind the tool, not only the tool.
Responsibility after launch
We operate, observe and improve the systems we build. That shapes what we teach and what we leave out.
Which format fits your team?
Tell us who needs training and what has to be different afterwards. We will propose the format that fits, even when that is a shorter one.
Common questions
Questions to answer before making a decision.
What is an AI workshop for companies?+
A structured working session where stakeholders understand AI opportunities, examine their own processes, and assess suitable use cases. The goal is an informed decision, not general awareness alone.
Who should attend?+
Typically leadership, process owners, IT, privacy, and information security where relevant. The group should be able to make decisions and explain operational reality.
How long does an AI workshop take?+
An executive briefing may take half a day. Use-case development and prioritisation usually require one to two days; more complex readiness work may add interviews and data analysis.
What happens after the workshop?+
You receive documented decisions, prioritised use cases, and a next-step plan. A technical discovery sprint or bounded pilot with your data can follow.
Plan your training
Which AI capability should your team build next?
We align format, participants, practical case, and desired output in a short conversation.
